About Penny:
For the past 24 years Penny Pennachi has worked as a clinician in the delivery of care to the alcoholic and chemically addicted individual.

She has extensive experience working with victims and perpetrators of trauma and abuse including the implementation of Cognitive Restructuring programs in the criminal justice system.

Penny encourages client "empowerment" and offers specific insights into dealing with the treatment resistant client.

She is president of "Spirit & Associates," a professional intervention, mediation and training service providing care to the addicted individual and their families. She has worked extensively helping families in conflict resolve problematic issues and promotes healthy communication between parties.

She has conducted numerous training programs on the subjects of Alcoholism & Chemical Dependency, PTSD, Intervention, and Cognitive Restructuring through out the United States and in Europe.
